We’re a locally owned seafood company on the Outer Cape, processing fresh fish and shellfish for restaurants and markets across Cape Cod, the Boston area, and beyond. We’re looking for a reliable team member who wants steady, year-round work.
What You’ll Do
Work inside refrigerated warehouse
Process / bag fresh shellfish for restaurants, wholesalers, and distributors
Load/unload product from local harvesters
• Run forklift as needed / once trained
• Package orders to meet customer needs
Schedule & Lifestyle
• Day and evening shifts available
• Typical start: 8am or 12pm
• Typical finish: 430pm or 830pm
• Predictable weekly schedule
• Overtime available
Pay & Benefits
• Hourly pay
• Guaranteed minimum weekly hours
• Overtime paid weekly
• Paid training & onboarding
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable, hardworking, team members
• Experience preferred but not necessary
• Comfortable with early mornings or late afternoons
• Reliable, safety focused, and professional with customers
Seafood or food delivery experience is a plus—but not required.
