First floor has a large country kitchen with a Jotul wood stove, large oak wood table, Hoosier cabinet, enamel topped cabinets, hard pine counter, maple butcher block counter, stools, refrigerator, and a gas stove. There is a medium size living room with a couch that opens up to a full size bed, two upholstered wicker chairs, an unfinished wooden barrel from Provincetown that has stained staves and hand painted metal rings by the owner, a ''coffee'' table from a World War I Liberty Ship, framed pictures of ships on the walls from the owner's uncle and namesake from San Francisco, many small framed light houses designed and hand painted by the owners' three young daughters. There is a bathroom with an antique clawfoot bathtub under an antique stained glass window, an antique hand sink mounted on a tree trunk from the land, a w/d, and a large wooden hamper. There is an outdoor enclosed hot and cold shower with a changing area. There are two decks.
Second floor has two bedrooms with hand-made bed frames & highest quality futon mattresses. Third level has two small sleeping lofts with a double mattress and a queen futon on floors. Natural wood, wood beams, oak & long leaf yellow hard pine floors, natural white plaster walls, eight antique stained glass & leaded glass windows, French doors, & two small opening skylights. Comfortable antique style furnishings, picnic table, wood stove, hi speed internet, and propane grill. Supplied with natural laundry detergent, hand soaps, & cleaning products. No interior paint, no formica, & no plastic. Includes cleaning. Twelve weeks rented to repeat tenants during June 1 to October 26, 2025. Lower rates because of some unfinished aspects. House is on the ocean side of South Road. Ten minute drive to beautiful Lucy Vincent Beach. Possible 1+ mile walk to the ocean. Lower prices because of some unfinished items. Rentals are weekly, Sunday to Sunday except as noted otherwise. Available May 31 to November 1, 2026 with some weeks already taken. Cleaning is included in the rent.
