Ideal for families, located in a quiet neighborhood on a side street. Stroll 0.33 miles (7 minutes walk) to the beautiful Pleasant Road Beach, with restrooms and parking (for extra fees). With soft white sand, friendly ocean air and the warm waters of Nantucket Sound, it is regarded as one the best family beaches on the Cape. The house is centrally located and minutes from all essentials of an ideal Cape Cod vacation-shopping, dining, fishing, close to the bike trail, pickleball, houses of worship. NO pets NO smoking, . Sleeps 8- prefer mix of adults and children-one queen bedroom with bathroom, three twin rooms. Wireless internet. Most rooms have ceiling fans, box fans. No A/C---have found it to be cooler at the Cape than inland so A/C not needed.. Has a Gas grill. The house is much larger inside than the photos show. $2400 dates starting 6/22/2026. Parking for 4 cars maximum. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturdays, check in 3 PM to allow a safe amount of time between guests and the professional house cleaning disinfecting.
Cleaning fee $175, lodging taxes, refundable security deposit $400 Will be required to sign rental agreement
