Family home on Martha’s Vineyard for rent. The adult children have decided not to use the house so I am opening it up for longer term rentals, wondering if anyone would like to rent the home for a month at a time, or the season. Open to individual weeks as well, $6000 per week July & August , June, September, October $5000 per week. Cleaning and deposit requirements apply.
For entire month blocks or a season consisting of end of June- August please contact me with your interest.

Trying here before putting it with an agency or scheduling it as a seasonal vacation rental.

The home is a short walk from the Ferry in Vineyard Haven and on the main bus line which is free. Downtown VH and all its amenities is one block away. Tucked away on a small street the cottage abuts a park so no noisy neighbors during your stay to contend with. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outdoor shower. Sleeps 6, but can accommodate up to 8.

Hardwood floors throughout, baths are tiled. Two decks and a private backyard, off street parking for 2. Bike rentals, mopeds/scooter and electric bike rentals are available a short walk away.

The cottage is simple, spacious, bright and comfortable. No A/C, but air conditioners and fans are available. Walk to Owen Park /Vineyard Haven Harbor beach takes about 10 minutes, grocery, breakfast, coffee, shops all 5 minute on foot. Excellent location.
