The cottage sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably, with a queen size bed in the main bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size, pull out, sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also air conditioning throughout the cottage for your comfort.
The large kitchen comes fully equipped with dish-ware and utensils, cooking utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, dishwasher, and other kitchen essentials. There is also a large propane grill located on the deck for guest use.
The bathroom offers a full sized dual shower and bathtub and is fully stocked with towels, hand towels, and facecloths, as well as, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
This cozy cottage is just minutes from some of the Cape’s best beaches, including:
Fisher Beach: 3 miles, 8 minutes by vehicle.
Corn Hill Beach: 3.4 miles, 8 minutes by vehicle.
Great Hollow Beach: 4.3 miles, 8 minutes by vehicle.
Ballston Beach: 3.2 miles, 7 minutes by vehicle.
Head of the Meadow: 6 miles, 10 minutes by vehicle.
There are two beach chairs located in the twin bedroom closet, as well as 4 beach towels located in the bathroom dresser. Please feel free to grab a book from the shelf to enjoy on your day out!
With ample space and furniture, the cottage’s deck offers the perfect place to grill up the catch of the day or relax after a day of fun in the sun! The cottage also offers a gorgeous, screened-in, hand built gazebo, perfect for game night or an afternoon of reading!
