Room 14 (1st floor) with small balcony and ocean view.
One of the best oceanfront timeshare resorts on Cape Cod. All rooms have a ocean view, A/C, gas fireplace, efficiency kitchen w/microwave. small ref, coffee pot, separate bedroom with pocket doors for privacy, queen bed, also has pull out queen sofa bed in other half for additional 2 person sleeping, in/outdoor covered pool, exercise room, cable TV (one flat screen tv in each room), DVD player, free wireless internet, alarm clock/radio, and outside grills.
This resort is located right on the beach......Near lots of dining, state park (bass river) for fishing and boating. Hyannis, MA and cruise boats to the islands are nearby.
Time share rental is July 3 - July 10, 2026. Sorry No pets and one car parking only.

I have rented our timeshare for many years. $900.00 Payment due upon signing of lease and $900.00 payment due 30 days prior to rental date which is June 3, 2026. Once payment clears, the resort will be notified that the rental week is now in your name. You will be provided a copy of the memo. You will be able to call the resort once the payment has cleared to confirm your reservation. You can pay either by check or PayPal; each PayPal payment requires an extra fee of $25.00. You are saving on the state tax and local taxes, NO TAXES on this rental.
