Our little piece of Cape Cod heaven and we have a couple summer weeks left for 2026, so don't miss out!! We can accommodate 5-6 people comfortably and have central AC, cable TV and WIFI. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Kitchen/dining area has a slider that opens to a soon to be completed Farmer’s Porch. Patio with a fire pit has just been finished and sits in a completely fenced in backyard that includes a gas grille, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water as well as a hammock for afternoon naps after a hard day at the beach. We are located in a great family area, perfect for bicycle rides and walks with kids and dogs. We are about a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute car ride to Smuggler's Beach or The Skipper Restaurant and a short walk to Route 28 with plenty more restaurants, gift shops and attractions such as the Skull Island Sports World, the ever popular Pancake Man, Scapicchio’s Bakery and Capt. Parker's Pub. We are only minutes away from Yarmouth's Inflatable Amusement Park and Wicked Waves Water Park as well as the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We are about 15 minutes away from Hyannis and the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
2026 Rental Season Rates are $1,800/week, plus a $150 cleaning fee and a security deposit.
