1BR / 1Ba 480ft2
rent period: daily
Book now for Provincetown's 2024 summer. Carnival Week and Bear Week are taken by returning renters.

The rates are flat rates. No AirBnB commissions or cleaning fees. AirBnb typically adds 30% to your rental cost.

Four consecutive nights can be rented at $250-$325.00 per night depending on the month. The lowest end guest houses are probably at $400 per night before state and local taxes. Hard to beat. The weekly rate is $1,600 to $2,000 depending on the month.

This unit is the lower section of a townhome. It has a private entrance and off street parking. There is a private use washer/dryer in the unit and a mini split air conditioning unit. There is not a full kitchen - so no baking cakes or grilling turkeys. There is a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and sink - but no oven/stove. This about 480 square feet.

The bed is a queen and the unit comes with all bedding, towels, etc. There is a private patio in front of the unit and a large patio outback shared with the townhome. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the CVS Pharmacy or the McMillian Pier. Quite residential neighborhood. If you want to wake to birds and not trash trucks on Commercial street this is for you. If you want to crawl home from the bars this is not for you.

The HOA does not allow pets for visitors. The owner will be in residence at the upstairs unit. This is great for one person or a couple. Email with questions.
