Truro is the best of both worlds. A quiet restful retreat at our cottage or enjoy the hustle and bustle of Provincetown just minutes away. Private Bay Beach/Ocean in the well loved Beach Point area of Truro, MA - a very desirable location. You have to experience the Outer Cape. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT.

Cottages have two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other bedroom has a bunkbed with a full size on the bottom and a single on top. Cottage sleeps five. NO SMOKING inside. NO PETS. There is a full kitchen with everything you would need. Two TV's, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, heater, window fans, no AC, picnic table w/umbrella, lawn chairs, beach chairs, charcoal grill, and a safe off the street parking lot. You have a clothes line behind the cottage. Parking limited to 2 vehicles. No boats, trailers or campers. Cottage has a reading library and board games. You need to bring bed sheets. pillowcases, kitchen towels and bath towels.

ENJOY - shopping, sight seeing, hiking/bike trails, bike rentals, array of restaurants, salt / fresh water fishing, fishing charters, golf, drive-in theater, flea markets, art galleries, antique shops, nature walks. harbor boat tours, sand dune tours and a Winery.

We have three cottages. Below you can see the weeks we have left.

Massachusetts room tax of 17.45% will be added to these rates.

If you book more than one consecutive week the rates will be lower.

IF YOU BOOK FOUR WEEKS IN MAY 2, 9, 16 and 23, THE WEEK OF THE 23rd WILL BE FREE.

IF YOU BOOK FOUR WEEKS IN OCTOBER 3, 10, 17 and 24, THE WEEK OF THE 24th WILL BE FREE.

Our season goes from May 2 and closes on Oct. 31. If you do not see a week listed, it is already booked. We rent from Saturday to Saturday.

May 2nd ($750), 9th ($800), 16th ($850), 23rd ($900), 30th ($900) - Two cottages available for each of these weeks
June 6th ($1100), June 13th ($1300), June 20th ($1650) - Two cottages available for either of these weeks in June

Aug. 22nd ($1750), Aug. 29th ($1750) - One cottage is available for either of these two weeks
Sept. 5th ($1650), 12th ($1350), 19th ($1100), 26th ($925) - One cottage is available for each of these four weeks
Oct. 3rd ($950), 10th ($925), 17th ($875), 24th ($850) - One cottage is available for each of these four weeks

I am telling you when two cottages are open for the same week because sometimes someone would like to have a friend or relative accompany them on vacation.
