Utterly charming 125 year old cottage perched atop the dramatic coastal bluff of the outermost Cape. From the cottage or the deck, you look down to see the beach and look out to see all of Cape Cod Bay. The cottage is a preserved Sears "kit house," assembled on this site in 1901. The cottage faces south west and the sun sets behind Ptown. The clouds just above Provincetown and the reflections off the water create a moving spectacle most nights.At dusk the lights of Ptown begin to appear and twinkle through the night. In the wee hours of the morning, if the sky is clear you may be awakened by the brilliance of the moonlight reflecting off the water and up to the top of the bluff. If you sitting on the deck or the enclosed porch, the reflected moon light is so bright that you can read a book without turning on a lamp. moonwhere you look down to the sandy beach below and out across all of Cape Cod Bay and the entire ''arm'' of the Cape.
We have about an acre of waterfront land with private beach and our own beach stairs. The stairs have multiple landings and a viewing bench half way down.
You are welcome to use the beach shed at the bottom of our private beach stairs to store your beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and kids toys for the week -- no need to schlep all the paraphenalia up and down the stairs daily.
You are likely to spot whales out in the Bay from the cottage or deck.
Weekly rates in season (June through September) range from $3800 to 6700 normally, but the current economic uncertainty has slowed reservations.

We love all dogs, but we can only welcome certain dogs to stay in the cottage. Please ask us about your canine family member. So sorry but we cannot welcome your feline family member.
Long weekend stays are possible from October through April. Please ask about nightly rate for short stays.
AUTUMN stays are possible -- ask about rate. Stay for an entire month in October or November!
