3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and sleeps up to 10 people. 1st bedroom is a King with attached bathroom. 2nd bedroom is 4 twin beds which are 2 bunk beds - great for kids and 3rd bedroom is 2 queen beds with attached bathroom. There is a loft upstairs with couch and chairs along with a 3rd Full bathroom. There is a deck with patio chairs and grill along with an open outdoor shower to rinse off from the Beach.
The house is within walking distance of Madaket Beach and Millie's restaurant. Leverage the bike path or the NRTA bus both found at the end of driveway. Across the street is a Pier with fishing charters. Enjoy the west side of the island known for its sunsets.
Weeks available are Friday to Friday only and dates available is ONLY July 17-24 2026. 7 day minimum.
There is uncovered parking available in driveway at house.
The house is not pet friendly.
Weekly Rental Rate = $5,000.
There is also a cleaning fee of $555.
To book reservation reach out and we provide a rental contract. We accept a security deposit of $2,500 via mailed cashier's check and / or Paypal / Venmo and remaining balance 2 weeks prior to check in. No refund on security deposit.
