2026 season: Located in the village of Harwich Port, this Classic Cape Cod vacation cottage is a very clean 3 BR 1 Bath that sleeps 6. Cottage is conveniently located, an easy walk to restaurants, shops, galleries, Bank Street Beach, & the golf course. Large yard and seating area to enjoy long summer days in a quaint neighborhood, located on a cul-de-sac so safe area for children to run around. The spacious yard with slate deck is perfect for barbequing. There is Wi-Fi to keep you connected and an outdoor shower, picnic table, and charcoal grill as well as beach chairs for your use. Don't forget to experience the traditional outdoor shower after the beach- it is a Cape Cod Tradition! The cottage has a comfortable family room and one bedroom has a full-size bed, and two twins may be found in the other two bedroom. Only 1/2 mile walks to Bank Street Beach! Bed linens included (Vacationer's must bring towels and beach towels). NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco or any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside of the home. NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home. Max parking of cars at property is 3.

2 day rentals during off-season are welcomed available for the following date ONLY at $200 per night: AVAILABLE DATES: 2 Night Minimum May 30th - June 19
Weekly in-season summer rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday With Minimum of 7 Days Rental for $1700 plus $50 cleaning fee. AVAILABLE DATES: June 20-27, 27-July 4, Aug 1-8,8-15,15-22,22-29 Aug 29- Sept 5.
