Located just steps from the entrance to the Cape Cod National Seashore and beside Eastham’s Salt Pond, this modern, light-filled cottage offers a peaceful Cape Cod setting with unbeatable access to nature, bike trails, and iconic beaches — all without the crowds. Coast Guard Beach is accessed by a short drive through the Seashore.

Two bedrooms - each with a queen, full indoor bathroom plus outdoor shower on the deck. Washer/Dryer, free WiFi and parking for up to 2 cars. Modern kitchen with electric stove/oven and dishwasher. 3 mini-splits keep the cabin very cool (or warm if you need it). No pets allowed per the HOA. All one level though there are 2 stairs to get into the house.
