There are two units: an apartment attached to the main house, and a standalone saltbox cottage. there are live-in caretakers that occupy the main house for the summer and manage the rentals. The caretakers are a great resource for anything that needs attention, or suggestions for folks that are new to Eastham.
The apartment has a private entrance and features a living room with dining area, bedroom with a king size bed with new memory foam mattress, galley kitchen, full-size bathroom with tub/shower, and access to a shared outdoor shower. It is equipped with mini-split heat/AC, fans, Wi-fi, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, gas grill, picnic table and outdoor furniture, and beach chairs.
The cottage features a living room with dining area, bedroom with a king size bed, full kitchen, full bath, and a luxurious outdoor shower. It is equipped with mini-split heat/AC, fans, Wi-fi, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, gas and charcoal grills, picnic table and outdoor furniture, and beach chairs.
There are just a few remaining openings this summer due to cancellations. Preference will be given for full-week stays, but don't hesitate to inquire regarding a shorter stay (minimum 3 nights). Can discount for renters taking both units. All prices include tax.
