This luxury suite is fully furnished, including linens, dishes, pots and pans, full size stainless refrig, stove, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, etc. We built this as guest quarters for our grown kids. It is available for 14 days over this season when they aren't here. If you know your ideal dates, please let us know as they are still figuring out their ideal times....
The style of the house is casual beachy Cape Cod, lots of blues and white. The pretty bedroom has a new quality Queen bed, 2 nightstands with reading lights, dresser, closet, AC unit, etc. The bathroom has white marble counter, nice shower, Toto toilet, and linen closet. The complete kitchen has granite countertop, under mount sink, large granite topped eating bar, full size stainless appliances, blender, coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, pots and pans, etc. Knowing how expensive it can be to eat out at every meal, with your own kitchen you can make a quick, easy breakfast or coffee before heading out and make dinner at the end of the day. Or make a delish lunch picnic to take with...We can provide an ice chest also- with cold packs in your freezer.
If you wish to eat outside. there is a nice patio table and chairs set near a lovely garden for your coffee or meals. Also, we will park on the street and let you have the driveway. Our street is restricted parking so close to the beach. It is just a 2 minute walk to the Nauset Inlet where I took these gorgeous sunset photos.
We have built this house to very high standards, so it is quiet, with great insulation and double paned Anderson windows. There is a whole house water filter, so your showers are free from chlorine.
The cozy TV room has a new comfy loveseat, 50" LED HDTV, Comcast cable, 60 DVDs, WIFI throughout, etc. As mentioned the love seat makes into a very comfortable twin size memory foam bed. We can provide nice cotton sheets/blankets for that also. The bookcase has a wide variety of local Cape Cod books, health, fiction, travel, etc...
We are located in the very desirable neighborhood of Nauset Heights, by Nauset beach. The Boston Globe voted Nauset Beach as the best walking beach in all New England, with over 10 miles of beautiful waves, white sand, dunes, seashells, birds and curious seals. There are beautiful sunrises, excellent bass and blues fishing, surfing, sunbathing, full moon rises, and swimming in cool ocean waters. We are just a 2 min. walk to the beautiful walking and water of Nauset inlet. As you can see from the photos, the sunsets over the water nearly every clear night are gorgeous; again, just a few min. walk from the house. Nauset Heights has its own private set of stairs to Nauset beach for guests and residents.
We are easy going and friendly and since we live upstairs, we are seeking like minded folks who also love Nauset Beach and the Cape. We have established gardens with beautiful flowers which we are happy to share.
The cleaning fee is $100 and the apartment will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before you arrive and after you leave. Unlike many vacation houses, your bed will be made up for you with quality cotton sheets. We also provide a set of towels and a beach towel per person plus beach chairs and ice chest for your use. We use only non toxic laundry soap and cleaning products.
Of course this being Craig's list, we understand people must be careful. We have the same concerns ourselves!

Because, Homeway and AirbnB have pricey surcharges and restrictions on how much we have to rent our place and we only choose to rent for a few weeks total, we are trying Craigslist for less restrictions and to keep the cost down.
Please contact us by email, text or by phone to discuss further details about the house. Because the house is new and not at all worn or funky it would be appreciated by someone who enjoys a lovely home in a very desirable location. The cost is $225 per night in July/August, $195 in May/June/Sept. There is 4 night minimum, $100 cleaning fee. No pets and absolutely no smokers; not even outside.
If you are nearby, you are welcome to come see it before committing.
About the photos. The first shots are obviously the home exterior, bedroom, kitchen, bath, TV room. On the drone shots, the pale circle surrounds our property which has a greenhouse and shop. Then lots of beach photos and gorgeous sunsets, all taken by us just a few min. walk from the house. Street view of water is turning into driveway, as you can see, we are just 200' from Nauset inlet.
