Outer Cape Cod | Home Every Night
We’re a locally owned seafood company on the Outer Cape, delivering fresh fish and shellfish to restaurants and markets across Cape Cod and the Boston area. We’re looking for a reliable local box‑truck driver who wants steady work, predictable hours, and to be home every night. This is not long‑haul trucking. No sleepers. No weeks away.
What You’ll Do
-Drive a 26’ refrigerated box truck
-Deliver fresh seafood to restaurants, wholesalers, and distributors
-Load/unload product (with dock access at most stops)
-Run consistent routes: Outer Cape → Cape & Greater Boston
-Perform basic pre‑trip inspections and keep the truck clean
Schedule & Lifestyle
-Day runs only
-Home every night
-Typical start: early morning
-Typical finish: early/mid‑afternoon
-Predictable weekly schedule
-Seasonal overtime available (summer & holidays)
Pay & Benefits
-Hourly pay (not per mile)
-Paid waiting time (docks, traffic, bridge backups)
-Guaranteed minimum weekly hours
-Overtime paid weekly
-End‑of‑season or retention bonus
-Referral bonus for bringing in another driver
-Paid training & onboarding
What We’re Looking For
-Valid Massachusetts License (clean driving record)
-DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
-Experience with box trucks or local delivery preferred
-Comfortable with early mornings or evenings
-Reliable, safety‑focused, and professional with customers
-Seafood or food delivery experience is a plus—but not required.
