These are brand new. I just picked them up in Georgia at Down To Earth Trailers. These are great Trailers. They are 16 KGVW and have a payload capacity of 12,500 pounds. Down to earth is a well-known manufacturer in the south east Georgia. They make a very fine product. They come with a lockable battery box, slide in ramps, LED lights, D rings in the floor, adjustable front hitch for a ball or pintle Towing, drop leg jack, welded on stake pockets down both sides , tie down catch hooks, drop leg jacks in the rear, a welded on spare tire holder with a free spare tire. The spare tire is a $300 value.
