Crafted Grounds is a landscape, irrigation, and outdoor construction company serving Cape Cod and Nantucket. We run a structured operation focused on premium client experience, disciplined execution, and accountability. We’re growing and adding leadership depth to our operations team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Weekly production scheduling
Managing foremen and crew performance
Tracking labor budgets and job costs
Maintaining gross margin targets
Running weekly production meetings
Ensuring structured communication through company systems
Solving jobsite issues proactively
Supporting sales on smaller projects as needed
This is a leadership position with real financial accountability.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years in landscape or construction management
Strong scheduling and production management skills
Comfortable reading and managing job budgets
Organized and detail-oriented
Professional communicator
Tech-comfortable (CRM, scheduling software, reporting tools)
Calm under pressure
Accountability-driven.
Not a fit if you are:
