Custom Build and Remodel Company Mid Cape Area. Journeyman Carpenter positions available.
5 to 10 years experience required This is a full time job Monday thru Friday 7am to 330 pm. Some Saturdays available for overtime. Must have Senior Carpenter tool setup, reliable transportation to and from work. Valid driver's license required. OSHA 10 required. OSHA 30 a plus. Ability to read Architectural Design and Structural Plans, ability to supervise 2 or more carpenter Journeyman, Ability and experience in time tracking, material takeoffs, quality control, and daily performance on projects. Knowledge on calculations for roof rafters and Stair Stringer installations.
Ability to frame walls, floors, roofs. Installation of windows, Doors, Sliders. Experience with Exterior Trim, Interior trim and hanging interior doors, Laminate Flooring, Hardwood flooring. Kitchen cabinets, Baths vanities and linen cabinets and closets, Custom Deck Installations and Custom Deck railings, Interior Trim Work and Painting available on rain days . Framing Experience is a must.
