We are a busy, full-service transportation company looking for a dedicated full-time Utility Person to maintain our fleet and facility. This is a critical, year-round position essential to our daily operations. Opportunities for consistent overtime (OT) work are available.
Key Responsibilities
● Fleet Maintenance: Perform regular, thorough cleaning of our diverse fleet, including sedans, SUVs, buses, motor coaches, and transit vans. This involves interior work (vacuuming, seat cleaning) and exterior washing.
● Vehicle Readiness: Ensure all vehicles are fully fueled and fluids are checked (oil, washer fluid, etc.) to guarantee they are service-ready for our drivers.
● Facility Upkeep: Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the Shop and surrounding areas.
● Groundskeeping: Assist with minor landscaping duties as needed.
● Seasonal Support: Serve as a member of the Snow Team, including shoveling, sanding, and clearing snow from vehicles and company grounds to ensure safe operation during winter weather.
Compensation and Benefits
● Pay: Starting at $20-$25 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
● Reviews/Raises: 90-day performance review with potential merit raises thereafter.
