RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended solutions
- Complete work orders accurately and maintain a clean, organized job site
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HVAC installation and service experience preferred (but not required)
- EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sheet metal and ductwork experience is a plus
PAY:
- $18–$40 per hour (depending on experience and certifications)
