Responsibilities
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork
Read and follow installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications
Perform equipment startups and verify proper system operation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Complete installation paperwork and job documentation
Follow all company safety standards and building codes
Requirements
HVAC installation experience required
EPA Certification preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and move HVAC equipment and materials
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Must have basic HVAC hand tools
Professional appearance and positive attitude
