Looking for a handy man who is local to Chatham/Dennis area to help with property management duties. This would be an ongoing arrangement as guest requests come in. Would need items addressed same day/next day. Ideally looking for a semi retired tradesman who has a background in all aspects of property care. Must be drug free and have your own transportation and tools. Also I would need you to be available every Saturday from 9am to 4pm from June 13th to September 1st.
