Cape Dreams Building & Design is seeking reliable, motivated entry-level and mid-level carpenters to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential construction, renovations, and custom finish work throughout Cape Cod.
Qualifications:
Basic to intermediate carpentry skills
Experience with framing, finish carpentry, or residential construction preferred.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license preferred
