Duties:
-Assist experienced technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, mini splits, and furnaces.
-Support sheet metal fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, and assembling ductwork for various systems
-Prior experience or training in construction, plumbing, refrigeration, or mechanical systems will reflect in wage amount but no experience is required.
-Basic understanding of tools and mechanical knowledge
-Ability to work outdoors or in confined spaces as needed during field service tasks
-Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-Willingness to learn new skills related to equipment and mechanical troubleshooting
