Porter-Cable 304 heavy-duty 7-inch disc sander/polisher with paint remover attachment.
Old school tool that I was told was mostly used by carpenters.
The paint stripper attachment is rare and is model number 5041.
The attachment has depth adjustments on it.
There is no pad.
Last pic shows a split in the collar NOT the cord.
Works great.
