Walden Kayaks, wood/composite kayak paddle.
Like new condition, well maintained and stored indoors. I have 3 carbon paddles and I no longer use this one.
This is a precision balanced, combination paddle with wood handles and blades and a composite ferrule. The sticker on the ferrule(picture) reads:
"This kayak paddle is a precision machined, matched set. Matching parts will have this number. 32592".
The loom is contoured and very comfortable, even on long trips. This is a great paddle for touring or low angle paddling. The blades have an elliptical profile and edge guards. The smooth face/back have an easy entry/exit in the water and plenty of power. The ferrule has a push button for three positions, straight and left or right feather. The connection is very smooth to join and separate and the joint has a seamless fit. Very tight connection.
This paddle is like new and has great performance. Too nice to let it collect dust on the rack!
