My name's Joseph C. Wiliams.
I'm a writer, cook, and oyster farmer looking for a weekly rental with possibility of longer as I plan to work in aquaculture year round.
It'll be my first season working the waters, so hoping to find a centrally located room with access to the CCRTA so I can get to different farms and hatcheries my first few weeks. That said, I've lived in several locations throughout MA (Gloucester, Salem, Brighton, Leominster, Chatham, etc.) but those were my younger, stranger writing days. Now I'm heading back for physical work with bivalves. If you enjoy them, well, expect some edible perks.
Me:
Single, white, clean cut, clean record, in my 40's with no kids, no pets, no parking spot needed. What I lack in a family tree I make up for in hope.
I don't "party" or vape, but I do enjoy communal living, sharing cordial talk over tea or scratch pizza, baseball, and music. Was in bands lots of my life, but taking to the "writer in a cardigan" lifestyle quickly though can't wait to work long days in the Atlantic.
Must be all that Chamomile and Leonard Cohen. Yep. You like him? Share your favorite song... Famous Blue Raincoat just came on.
So, putting the feelers out.
My needs are simple, but the night is long.
Probably mid-March arrival though flexible.
Please, dont hesitate to reach out with questions or suggestions.
And bonus* if you're a farmer or into aquaculture, let's definitely talk.
Thanks for your time; hope you're warm.
Sincerely,
Joseph C. Williams
