Single ultra quiet middle age male in search of a bedroom with use of kitchen / bath. Short term - less than 8 months. Offering to pay 4 / 5 plus months up front
Don't need cable / TV etc. If wi-fi available it's a bonus but not necessary. Just a quiet, private bedroom. No pets / drugs / etc. References upon request.
Any older homeowner who could use a person available on their property beyond visiting nurses etc. as a back up would be a good fit for my quiet lifestyle.
