Retired guy with tools seek garage space (Mid Cape)

Retired guy in Dennis has lease expiring on small garage space rental and is looking for someone who maybe has a garage, but no car, or at least a garage they are not using. I don't need the whole garage, just an area maybe 10' by 10' for my tool boxes, etc. I only need to swing by once in a while to grab tools. I am also fluent in all trades so, if I were asked to take a look at something house related, I would be happy to help.
