2000 Holiday Rambler, Aluma Light 28 foot travel trailer. Overall in good shape. The water system is intact. The water system will function either from the pump (which works properly) or a pressurized hose source. Two propane tanks are included and the gas range and water heater function properly. The microwave works properly. The motor for the slide-out functions as it should. The sound system operates properly. Overhead and outdoor lights all function properly, with the exception of a couple, that may need new bulbs.
It does need some work. Specifically, the floor is soft in a couple of places in the living area. It likely needs part of the floor ripped out and replaced and new carpet would dress it up nicely. I did not close the slide-out over this past winter which resulted in some water intrusion which dripped on the table and warped the leaf. I removed the tabletop so that I could sand and refinish it (the top itself is not warped, but it is stained).
The appliances that I have not been able to get working this year are the central AC and heat, the refrigerator and the electric hot water heater. I did not attempt to get them serviced, or diagnose them beyond checking the circuit breakers.
I am the third owner, who, as with the previous owners, have not put hard use on it.
All tires are in good condition, and when it was delivered to it’s current location (we have used in on location) 3 years ago, the brake system worked flawlessly.
Asking $3,500 OBO.
