1 bedroom with a semi-private bath is available in my recently renovated 1856 Captains Farmhouse. It's a beautiful property in the old part of Centerville on 2 acres. We are 1 mile from the ocean and 4 miles from the Hospital. There is plenty of parking available as well. The room is available for $1,200 per month but goes up in June, July and August to $1,500.

Please note: The property has other buildings on it. One of the buildings, very near to the main house has been renovated for my son and daughter-in-law and their new twin baby boys. The others are a cottage in the way back hidden by a 300 year old arborvitae tree which we use in the summer occasionally for family guests, an artist studio and a garage used to paint and play games. I as well as my friend who are in our late 50's early 60's live in the main house along with 1 other tenant. It's a large house with lots of privacy so it never feels overcrowded and I make sure to maintain the house with calm tranquility. There is a lot of space both in the house and on the property that everyone who stays here says, it feels always so peaceful and private. We also have a vegetable and herb garden during the summer that you're welcome to pick from and I use my porch during the winter as a greenhouse.
