Full Time Office Administrative Assistant. Monday thru Friday 8am to 430pm. Ability to work by self in a small office surrounding for a small building company in West Harwich. 40 hours per week. Duties include answering phone and setting up sales appointments, basic bookkeeping and filing, simple brochure marketing preparations and mailings, tracking SEO leads from website inquiries, preparing proposals for client projects and customer follow ups and vendor communications with product ordering etc. Coordination with town building depts for permitting etc and town planning boards on occasion which would require availability occassional evenings during the week. But not too often, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. And Intuit Quickbooks Software. This is a 40 hour work week. Starting rate is $25 - $35 per hour. Based on verifiable references and experience. Must have verifiable employment references and must be reliable for the Monday thru Friday work week 8am to 430pm.
