Office Admin - Part Time (Orleans)

We are looking for a person to run our condo business office on a part-time, year round basis. We can be flexible on the 24 hour/week schedule. Responsibilities would include: phones, owner requests, filing, banking, condo fee collection, data entry, letter writing, coordinating with maintenance and bookkeeping as well as other tasks that come up. You'll need to have strong computer skills and be proficient in Office. We will need to run a CORI prior to making an offer. If this sounds right for you and you have a sense of humor and great people skills, this may be the right job for you.
