Job Title: Office Manager – Construction Office

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to join our construction office. The ideal candidate will have some office experience, preferably in construction, and must be willing to learn and grow within the role. Training will be provided. This position is essential to ensuring smooth daily office operations and supporting project and accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage all incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Receive, organize, set up, and print construction drawings and documents
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic)
Assist with payroll processing and employee records
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
Support project managers and office staff with administrative duties
Maintain office supplies and general office organization
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence
Qualifications:
Prior office experience required; construction office experience preferred
Basic knowledge of payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
