Cape Tire Service is looking to hire a Sales and Service Writer. No automotive experience is necessary but appreciated!
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Greet customers promptly
-Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone.
-Obtain customer and vehicle information
-Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
-Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
-Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
-Explain all completed work and charges to customers
-Help maintain shop workflow and communication between office and technicians
-Contact customers regarding vehicle status updates
