We are hiring a part-time remote scheduler to handle inbound calls and job bookings during our busy summer season.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and qualify leads
• Answer online inquiries and schedule posts
• Schedule and confirm jobs
• Communicate with crew and customers as needed
• Handle basic admin and follow-up
Requirements:
• Strong phone presence
• Organized and self-directed
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Moving/logistics experience a plus but not required
• Must know how to use Slack, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic ai tools. Graphic design is a +
Hours: 20-30/week, flexible. Choose your day off. Pay: $17–20/hr to start.
