Sound is somewhere between Sticky Fingers / Ocean Alley / Rum Jungle with some Yellow Days / Leon Bridges grit and groove, plus tasteful ambient / melodic guitar in the vein of Hers / Masayoshi Takanaka.
Goal is to write originals, record, rehearse consistently, and start playing local shows.
Looking for people who:
• are serious but not insufferable
• can groove, not just shred
• are into melody, texture, rhythm, and vibe
• want to build something original, not just do covers
Influences: psych rock, indie rock, alt-R&B, surfy guitar, hazy grooves, soulful vocals.
