contrary to the old version this one has a ring tuner that is the fifth knob that allows you to tune the modulator to what key you are using on guitar abcde ... the previous version doesn't have that knob which is very critical function.
not only that it has a separate distortion function too can be used alone or blended with ring modular
if you are into fusion , electro ,80spop, synth ,weird sounds and such world thats the one
