Somerset white oak Engineered wood flooring - tongue and groove.
1/2" thick and 3-1/4" wide. Multiple lengths
New, still boxed in the carton (opened one box to post pictures).
I have 9 cartons, 40 SF each, for a total of 360 SF. $122 per carton. That's $3.05/SF.
I googled current pricing, and a few websites are selling for around $6.60 per sq ft which is $2,375 (not including what you would pay for shipping & tax)
The sunlight from the picture outdoors altered the actual color of the flooring. The picture indoors gives a better visual of what you should expect for coloring.
Nothing wrong with this flooring…I just don’t need it and hoping to find it a good home
