Help wanted to enroll seniors in Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. I am an independent Agent Broker contracted with several major insurance carriers, and my team and I are looking to expand our brokerage servicing customers in Massachusetts and across the USA. There is an enormous market for this service year-round, especially right now during the annual enrollment period when the demand for quality Medicare professionals (with good communication skills) is off the charts!
The position can be entirely remote/work-from-home, with the flexibility to serve local clients in person if you prefer (never required). We will assist in the full onboarding process, from securing state insurance licenses (including discounted access to a licensing course), becoming certified by CMS, getting contracted with all insurance carriers, and gaining access to a full suite of powerful software tools used to run your whole operation (including an exclusive private phone number for FREE). We have access to high-quality leads generated by reputable 3rd parties, including real-time leads from phone calls and internet forms (we're all seeing these media ads targeting seniors - imagine being the one answering their calls!), and we also develop leads organically in our communities "the old fashioned way" through traditional marketing and word-of-mouth.
You must have reliable computer/internet access, a smartphone, great communication skills, and above all a desire for personal growth and education, as this is a tremendous business to be in *IF* you are willing to devote the time and energy to learning and mastering it (and you will never be alone in this journey). You will be a 1099 Independent contractor, and you will set your own hours, with no minimum or maximum time commitments. This is 100% commission work and is fantastic as a side gig or second job (my day job is as a Nurse Practitioner, and many on my team likewise are career professionals), and is especially good for those with an entrepreneurial/business mindset - work as many hours as you want, and always have access to the full support of my team and I!
