Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers warmly and provide professional, friendly assistance.
  2. Educate customers on digital banking options and help them navigate mobile and online banking.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of Citizens products and services, addressing customer inquiries.
  4. Direct customers to appropriate colleagues and build relationships to offer personalized advice.
  5. Accurately process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  6. Adhere to financial policies, procedures, and regulations while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School degree or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months of transaction processing experience in retail or banking.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with product recommendation skills.
  • Comfortable with digital technology and flexible to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Skills:

  • Stable work history.
  • Ideally, 1 year of transaction processing experience in retail or banking.
