Budget Blinds of Mid and Outer Cape Cod installs custom window coverings — blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery — at residential and commercial properties from Barnstable to Provincetown. We're hiring a Lead Installer to bring craftsmanship and experience to a senior role on our small, tight-knit team.
WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE
- Install blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery at homes and businesses across the lower Cape
- Lead and mentor a small installation crew
- Troubleshoot fitment issues and make on-the-spot adjustments
- Represent the company professionally with every customer
- Leave every job site clean and tidy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on trade background — carpentry or finish work strongly preferred
- Sharp eye for detail and a pride in precise, clean work
- Experience with window treatments is a plus; drapery and soft treatment experience is highly desirable
- Comfortable taking ownership and leading others on the job
- Clear communicator with customers and teammates
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work from a 12-foot ladder
