We're looking for a perennial gardener to help plan, maintain, and care for our perennial gardens four days a week- Tuesday thru Friday. We are a small, well-established landscape company in the Orleans/Chatham/Brewster area. We specialize in high-end, residential, estate maintenance, perennial gardens, water features and some construction. We stress quality and pride of workmanship in all the landscapes we create and maintain. Previous experience, plant knowledge, and design skills definitely a plus. Working hours are from Tuesday - Friday, 8 - 4:30 pm.
We maintain and care for a number of large perennial gardens in our work area. Some gardens can be properly maintained in a few hours, others might take most of the day. Should the gardener complete all the tasks, he or she is free to go, or choose to assist the landscape crew on-site for extra hours.
Potential applicants must have excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, work well with others, and have strong customer interaction and communication skills. You must speak English well and have all appropriate legal documentation.
Must have valid drivers license, clean driving record, and own transportation.
We are a drug and alcohol-free company and will not tolerate any such abuse on our job sites. For full time employees, we offer 4 paid holidays, 1 unpaid week’s vacation the first year, then a paid week’s vacation in the second year of employment. We also offer a company IRA plan for employees who chose to remain with us long term.
