Experienced Fine Gardening Assistant – Seaside Fine Gardening & Design
Cape Cod (Hyannis & Surrounding Areas) $22–$28/hour (starting at $25 for strong candidates) | 10–25 flexible hours/week | Seasonal April–November
Do you love getting your hands in the soil, shaping beautiful gardens, and watching plants thrive? Seaside Fine Gardening & Design creates elegant, low-maintenance coastal gardens for high-end homes. We’re looking for a passionate part-time Fine Gardening Assistant who wants to grow their skills with us.
What You’ll Do:
• Precise pruning of hydrangeas, perennials, and shrubs
• Deadheading, weeding, edging, and mulching
• Seasonal cleanups, container planting, and bed refreshes
• Caring for native and pollinator-friendly gardens
• Fertilizer application
• Perennial installation and care
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has hands-on pruning experience (especially hydrangeas — tell us about it!)
• Knows plant ID and basic horticulture
• Loves working outdoors and has the stamina for a full day of gardening
• Has reliable transportation and wants a real career in fine gardening
