Reflections Auto is actively hiring an experienced and reliable Automotive Assembler & Prep Technician to join our team.
We are a growing collision and refinishing shop looking for someone who understands the flow of a body shop and can keep jobs moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair
-Remove/install bumpers, lights, trim, moldings, etc.
-Prep vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, cleaning)
-Assist technicians and painters as needed
-Ensure parts are handled carefully and correct
-Maintain clean and organized work area
Requirements:
-Experience in auto body assembly and/or prep work
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to stay organized and work at a good pace
-Dependable and team-oriented
-Valid driver’s license
