We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the residential and commercial facility and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants. This a year-round position. 10-20 hours per week.

*Responsibilities*
- Perform routine tasks such as general maintenance, daily janitorial work, litter pick up, landscaping, snow and ice removal, painting, carpentry work, etc. Tools are provided.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building components
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents, including occasional evening and weekend response when an urgent matter arises.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Plumbing and electrical knowledge useful but not required

*Requirements*
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must have own transportation and reside close enough to quickly get to property if an emergency arises.
