Job Description
Arran P Landscaping is hiring full-time Landscapers and Landscape Laborers for the 2026 season and long-term employment.
We operate from two shop locations in Eastham and Truro, MA, servicing properties from Provincetown to Orleans.
Our work includes a mix of landscape maintenance, property improvements, site work, installations, and machine operation across high-end residential estates, classic Cape Cod homes, and commercial properties.
This is a year-round opportunity for reliable, motivated individuals looking to grow with a professional landscaping company.
Responsibilities
Lawn mowing & grounds maintenance
Spring & fall cleanups
Mulching, edging & plantings
Garden installation & landscape improvements
Driveway installation
Retaining walls & timber work
Land clearing & site preparation
Operating commercial mowers & power equipment
Assisting with equipment and machine work
Work varies by season and project. Candidates should be comfortable performing both maintenance and project-based work.
Qualifications
Landscaping or construction experience preferred
Experience with commercial mowers and power equipment a plus
Equipment experience (skid steer, mini-excavator) a plus
Valid driver’s license preferred
Trailer driving experience a plus
Strong work ethic and ability to work on a team
Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
