Arran P Landscaping is a growing, professional landscaping company serving the Outer Cape. We operate out of two locations — Eastham and Truro — and are expanding our team for the 2026 season and beyond.
We work on a wide variety of properties — from high-end residential properties to classic Cape Cod homes and commercial properties — delivering quality work across all aspects of landscaping and site development.
Our services include:
• Lawn mowing & property maintenance
• Spring & fall cleanups
• Mulching, edging & plantings
• Garden installation & design
• Hardscape & timber work
• Retaining walls
• Driveway installation
• Land clearing
• Machine work
• Dethatching, aerating & Lawn care
We’re hiring:
• Entry-level crew members
• Experienced landscapers
• Crew leaders
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong work ethic & positive attitude
• Pride in clean, detail-oriented work
• Ability to work efficiently on a team
• Landscaping experience (preferred, not required for entry-level)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Trailer driving experience is a plus
• Comfortable operating mowers & power equipment
• Equipment / Bobcat experience is a plus

• $28–$35 per hour (based on experience & skill level)
