Cotuit Oyster Company, Inc. is hiring for both full and part time positions on our farm. Applicants with prior oyster farming experience a plus but not necessary. Applicants with boating experience and certificate is helpful.
Job Requirements:
Must be punctual, and have reliable transportation.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be willing to train and operate a delivery truck both on and off Cape.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and have good communication skills.
Applicants must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds and be able to work in all weather (gear provided).
We are a year round operation and will work different hours depending on shipping schedules or tides.
Typical hours are M-F 7am-3pm. Must be flexible to work on Saturday if needed.
